Vendor Notes

This Gong Mei offers a remarkably clean and bold mouthfeel, reminiscent of a nourishing soup. Expect vibrant notes of unripe fruit, delicate florals, and a hint of salinity that evolve into warm, woody, and cinnamon-like tones in later infusions. Its versatility allows for a fresh, crisp brew now, or the development of smoother, honeyed complexities with age, leaving a sweet and lasting impression.
