Aged Yunnan White Tea

This 2023 white tea from Yunnan offers a vibrant and sweet cup, characterized by its pronounced floral aromatics. The blend of buds and larger leaves creates a balanced and approachable daily brew. It leans sweet, floral and bright.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
