Spring Aged Yunnan White Tea

This white tea offers a bright and aromatic profile, exuding delightful floral notes intertwined with a sweet, honey-like essence. It boasts a substantial, full-bodied character with a pleasant, linge. It leans floral, honey and full-bodied.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
