How should I brew 2013 Aged White?
Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Fujian, China. This batch is from the Autumn 2013 harvest.

Starts at $6.00 from One River Tea, or about $0.13/g. A 25g package gets you around 4 gongfu sessions at ~6 g each, which works out to about $0.78 per session. Explore more white teas on Teadar.
