Spring Rare White

This exquisite Thai wild tree white tea from the 2024 spring harvest offers a captivating cup. Delicate floral notes intertwine with a soft, natural sweetness, creating a wonderfully light and refresh. It leans floral, sugary and sweet.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
