This exquisite white tea from Fujian, crafted from the Jin Xuan cultivar, offers a delicate and sweet profile. Expect fragrant floral notes intertwining with a characteristic creamy mouthfeel, culmina. It leans floral, sweet and creamy.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Fujian, China from the TTES #12 cultivar.
