White Tea Blends

This delicate blend unveils an aromatic bouquet of sweet jasmine and bright chrysanthemum. The liquor carries notes of wild strawberries and a subtle lemon zest, culminating in a refreshing and lightl. It leans floral, sweet and zesty.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
