Rare White

This exquisite white tea from Laomane presents a delicate symphony of soft floral nuances, reminiscent of a mountain breeze. Expect a refreshing, clean palate with subtle mineral undertones, culminati. It leans delicate, floral and mineral.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Yunnan, China. This batch is from the 2023 harvest.
